Built on a found wood base with hand painted sides, this wire sculpture depicts an old decrepit rollercoaster with just one metal car still attached to it’s rusted rails. The coaster track leans precariously to one side though the carnival flags are still flying. There are three colorful handpainted birds perched all around the scene and a funky handpainted tent canopy providing the backdrop. The birds are handmade from paperclay.
Overall height of this piece is approx. 15″ and the wood base is approx. 5.5″ square. This sculpture is #1 in a new series of “Rides on Wood”.

Sorry this piece is sold!
